Dr. Yarneccia Dyson was awarded the 2020-2021 HHS Contributions to Diversity and Inclusion Award.
This award is presented to an individual who makes significant contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the School of Health and Human Sciences and in the health and human sciences profession. Dr. Dyson is devoted to inclusive excellence in every element of her work – teaching, research and service.
Not only has her work positively impacted our students, staff, and faculty in our School but she has also held numerous leadership roles in national organizations because of her expertise in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
