Bachelor of Social work (B.S.W.)
The purpose of the social work major is to prepare students for entry level generalist practice in social work. This is a professional program of study which is strongly grounded for the first two years in liberal arts; the second two years focus on the professional curriculum. The program prepares students for work with individuals, families, groups, organizations and communities.
Master of Social work (M.S.W.)
The Joint M.S.W. program curriculum prepares you for multicultural clinical practice. This innovative program flows from a multicultural history and models collaboration between the two universities. Our students and faculty teach and study at each campus and have access to the full range of instructional and research support available.
Doctorate in Social work (ph.D.)
Our Joint Ph.D. program is built on the cornerstones of diversity, multicultural responsiveness, and community engagement. Students in the program will receive the benefits and privileges of being enrolled on both campuses and the degree will include the seals and official signatures from both universities.
